Men

1)
You must complete the full 7 weeks of training & coaching.
2)
You must be coachable & follow the guidelines provided perfectly.
3)
You must complete all of your workouts as outlined.
4)
You must only eat the food on your food list once provided.
5)
You must be on time for all your appointments.
6)
You must complete your Starting & Completion ShapeTrainer Questionnaire.
7)
You must reply promptly to the coaching emails & contact.
8)
Commit to this process for the full 7 weeks from start to finish.
9a)
Body Fat Above 10% - you must lose at least 1% body fat or
9b)
10% or below - You must not end above 10% bodyfat.
10)
You must gain at least 0.5lbs of lean muscle.

Women

1)
You must complete the full 7 weeks of training & coaching.
2)
You must be coachable & follow the guidelines provided perfectly.
3)
You must complete all of your workouts as outlined.

Body Fat Above 16% - you must lose at least 1% body fat or
9b)
16% or below - You must not end above 16% bodyfat
10)
You must gain at least 0.5lbs of lean Muscle.
